The website arellia.gr is an online store selling products (jewellery) and is the official online site and online store of the sole proprietorship under the brand name <MARKELLA NIKI MICHA> and with the distinctive title <ARELLIA> where the company’s headquarters are located at 39 Vasileos Konstantinou, P.O. 19400 with VAT number 170483063, of Koropio Secondary School and contact phone number 210-6624771. Email address: info@arellia.gr . This particular electronic store (e-shop) enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed directly about the products offered by our company. The owner of the company, Markella Niki Micha (henceforth as «website administrator or manager»).
The visitor/user of the website is invited to carefully read these terms of use and to visit/use the pages/services of arellia.gr only if they fully accept them. By entering this website, the visitor/user is presumed to have read the terms of use, accepts these terms and waives any claim that may arise from his visit to arellia.gr.
The Arellia company has the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions.

When placing the order, the full name, the shipping address of the products, the billing address of the order (if it is different from the shipping address), the invoicing information (if payment by invoice has been selected), the contact telephone number, your electronic address (e-mail).

PRODUCT RETURNS
Arellia product returns.
In the event that you exercise the right of withdrawal, you are obliged to send the product(s) in its original condition and as long as the product’s special markings (protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed, necessarily accompanied by the corresponding sales document. Return will be accepted only after company approval.
the customer have the right to return the products purchased from this online store at Arellia’s charge in the following cases only:
- 1. If incorrect products were sold due to arellia.gr fault (error in receiving the order, invoicing, etc.). In this case, the customer may either not accept to receive the product in the first place or request its return. Returned products must be in perfect condition, sealed, complete and undamaged. The packaging of the product should be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition.
- If products of poor quality were sold through the fault of arellia.gr(damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc.). In this case, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product and contact this online store. In case the customer accepts to receive the product, arellia.gr will not accept any return and therefore will not make a replacement. In addition, if the customer does not return the product then, a new product will not be sent and the customer will have to make a new order/purchase. The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered.
In both of the above cases, the maximum return period cannot exceed fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Product returns at customer’s expense
The customer reserves the right to return the products he purchased, free of charge and without the obligation to communicate the reason for which he wishes to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. In this case, he is charged with the direct cost of returning the products. Returns will only be accepted if the products that the customer wishes to return are in the exact same condition in which they were received, i.e. without unsealed or their packaging has been tampered with. The customer should fill in and send to arellia.gr τthe relevant withdrawal form that he will find on this website within the above deadline. In the event of a product return, the refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 15 days from the date arellia.gr receives the returned products. The return can also be made with his credit bank account of the customer, which he will notify arellia.gr in time and in writing.
For hygiene reasons our company does not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. All products returned to our Company’s warehouses are subject to thorough quality control.
If you wish to exchange it for a higher priced product, you will need to top up the corresponding amount of money.
ORDERS/PRODUCT DELIVERY/SHIPPING COSTS
General
Orders are accepted and orders are shipped within Greece and abroad. Shipments are made every day except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays between 10.00am-5.00pm. The various product offers displayed in this online store are valid while stocks last.
Prices
The listed prices are the final prices, i.e. including VAT. arellia.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to customers. In any case, however, the customer at the time of receipt of the product he ordered will pay the price, which was indicated at the time of the order.
arellia.gr may refuse the execution of the order in the event that due to a system error the wrong product price has been published.
Order Completion/Confirmation
Upon completion of the order, the customer will receive confirmation and the order number from arellia.gr via email and/or by phone.
Product Availability
The times shown in the “Availability” field are working days and do not include weekends and holidays.
When the “Availability” field shows “Immediately Available”, then this means that the product is immediately available in the store.
When the “availability” field shows “Immediately available/Delivery in 1-3 days”, then the product is PROBABLY immediately available from our supplier and the delivery time to our store is either the same day or within 1-3 days.
In general, the information displayed in the “Availability” field is indicative, for the customer’s information only, and concerns the estimated time of delivery or receipt of the product.
So this is the estimated time required for the order to be delivered to a courier company.
Although Arellia does everything possible to receive your order as soon as possible, in cases of force majeure, strikes, extreme weather or other causes beyond Arellia’s control, these times may be longer.
It is therefore clarified that the delivery or receipt times are estimated and under no circumstances can Arellia commit to their exact observance.
In the event that a product ordered by the customer is not available, arellia.gr will contact the customer via email and/or phone, within a reasonable period of time from placing the order, in order to inform him of when it is expected to be delivered. If the customer considers that the time period of receipt of the product does not satisfy him, he may revoke the order of the product in question, while any other order may be carried out normally if he so wishes.
The refund from Arellia to the customer in the event of a canceled order is made exclusively and only in the manner in which the payment was made.
Order tracking
arellia.gr will contact the customer by e-mail or by phone in case there is a shortage of products, but also when there is expected to be a cancellation or delay of the order. However, when all the products are available, the order will be shipped immediately and with a shipping time of 1-3 days (depending on availability, unless it is different). In this case, the order will be sent without prior notification to the customer.
Order cancellation
Orders whose completion is delayed by more than a week and this is due to the fault of the customer will be canceled without prior notification to the customer.
Delivery method
The products are received through a courier company (ACS).
Delivery time
Products are shipped within 1-5 business days depending on availability. In case of lack of availability of a product and the estimated shipping time of the order beyond five days, there will be immediate communication with the customer to inform about the delay of the order or its cancellation.
Shipping/COD (Cash On Delivery) costs
Regardless of the payment method (via credit card or cash on delivery), any shipping and cash on delivery management costs are borne by the customer-buyer in any case and are paid by the latter to the employee of the courier company upon delivery-receipt of the products.
The shipping costs for the whole of Greece, regardless of weight and volume, are €4 per order, whether it is sent by courier. Cash on delivery costs, when applicable, have an additional charge of €4.90.

Cash on delivery – Cash on delivery when you receive the products. In the case of cash on delivery, the customer is charged the cost of transport and cash on delivery as stated before completing the order. The customer pays the employee of the courier company, who acts at the behest of Arellia.gr by delivering the order to his place.
In both payment methods there is the option of issuing either a retail receipt or an invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and to self-employed professionals, as long as they fill in the following information during their order: company name, VAT number, DOU and profession for self-employed people.
