General Questions
Through our website online 24 hours a day. The procedure is as follows:
Sign up to our online store and browse our products. Select the product of your choice and the quantities you need. Click on «ADD TO CART» button. Then, follow the payment procedure step by step.
Then follow the steps to checkout. Once the whole process is done, you will receive an e-mail with the details of your order.
The quoted prices include 24% VAT for all products.
You can choose between 4 payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – You can pay cash upon delivery to the address you provide
- Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and DINERS)
- in a secure online environment of Alpha Bank. Your transactions in our online store are protected by high-quality online security systems (SSL-256-bit and digital authentication by DigiCert), which guarantee a secure trading environment. We do not process your card details as your order is completed, i.e. payment of the products you have purchased from our online store, in a secure bank environment. Fill in all required fields (card number, expiration date, CCV) in all required fields of the form. Your card details are not saved, so for each purchase for which you wish to pay by credit/debit card in our online store, you will need to re-enter your card details. In case you choose to pay by credit/debit card you must be present when you receive your order with your credit/debit card and your ID document.

There are shipping costs for the rest of Greece (mainland and islands) and for other countries. You can see the charges in detail at the SHIPPING METHODS page.
If the product you deliver is in perfect condition and you still does not satisfy you for any reason, you can return it (shipping costs are paid by the customer). Let us know by phone on +30 210 66 24 771 within four days after the date of delivery or by e-mail to info@arellia.gr
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in excellent condition and nothing must be missing from its packaging. The payment proof must be included in the package, too. The product is under your responsibility until we receive it. So please make sure that it is transported safely to avoid any damage and therefore non-acceptance of the return.

The order is processed based on the availability of the products. Products that are available at our store are dispatched in 1-4 working days (for both Attica and mainland).

By completing the order in our store, you will be sent an email to the address you provided during your order with the information you filled in and the products you ordered.
Your shipping and billing information will be included as well as product related costs and shipping costs if applicable for your entire order.
For every change in the status of your order or a note about it, you will receive a corresponding new email with corresponding information.
If during the order you requested an invoice then this will be included with the shipment of your order otherwise it will be accompanied by the inconsistent purchase receipt.

When you complete your order in our store with payment by card, a check will be made to see if the stock of your products is available or not.
If the products are available then the corresponding charge will be made to your account.
By creating an account in our store you will be able to put products in the Wishlist without purchasing them so that you can remember the products you are interested in.
When you need to buy them, you will be able to proceed with their order by entering the Wishlist.
You can make changes to orders you have made by contacting us either by phone at +30 210 66 24 771 or by email at info@arellia.gr mentioning your order code and the change you wish.
To cancel your order, you can contact us by phone at 210 66 24 771 or by email at info@arellia.gr quoting the code of your order and the reason for its cancellation. In case your order has been deposited or paid for, you will be informed of the corresponding time required for the refund of your money.
“Order Tracking” only applies to orders that will be shipped via Courier or Post.
Upon completion and dispatch of the order from our store, you will be sent an email with the Shipping Code as well as the company to which your package will be sent. Using this Shipping Code you will be able to track at what stage or point your order is.
